What are Theatre Tokens?
Theatre Tokens are gift cards that can be used to buy tickets at over 300 theatres across the UK, including London's West End.
They’re available as physical gift cards or e-gifts, and they never expire.

How do I use Theatre Tokens?
Do Theatre Tokens expire?
No. Theatre Tokens do not expire. Even vouchers issued as far back as 1984 remain valid, as long as they haven’t been used already.
Some older vouchers may need to be replaced for security reasons.

Where can I find my Token number?
- Modern Tokens: A 16-digit number starting with 6300.
- Older Tokens: A code on the back, beginning with two letters (i.e. XX, TT, EE, LL, or AA).

Where can I find my PIN?
Your PIN is a 4-digit number revealed under the scratch-off panel on your Theatre Token.
- If there are more than four digits, just use the final four numbers.
- Ignore any “void if removed” messages—these are outdated.
- If there’s no scratch-off panel, your Token may need upgrading so please email a photo or scan of your Token to: hello@theatretokens.com

*Royal Mail are yet to provide specific UK last posting dates for Christmas, but they are expected to be similar to previous years - with standard orders taking a little longer than usual over the Chirstmas period. We will update our guidance once Royal Mail provide an update on the Christmas service for this year.
Do you accept orders from overseas?
Yes – we can accept orders from outside of the UK but can only dispatch gift cards to a UK delivery address. This does not affect e-gift purchases which can be sent to any valid email address worldwide
Can I print out my e-gift?
Yes!
- Use the download button to print it.
- Theatres can also scan the Token directly from your phone or tablet.
- We recommend saving the e-gift to your device for easy access.
- You can also save your Token to your Apple or Google Wallet.
Can I protect my Tokens from loss or theft?
Yes – we recommend registering your Tokens on our website.
This allows us to trace your Token numbers using your email if they’re ever lost or stolen.

I have found some old Tokens. Can I still use them?
Yes – as long as they haven’t been used, all Theatre Tokens remain valid.
Some older Tokens may need to be exchanged for security reasons.

My Tokens aren’t working. What should I do?
- First, check you’re following the correct steps on our How To Use page.
- If your Tokens still aren’t working, email a photo of the back of the Tokens to hello@theatretokens.com and we’ll help investigate.
What happens if I lose my Tokens?
If your Tokens are lost or stolen, email us at hello@theatretokens.com with as much detail as possible.
We’ll do our best to trace and, if possible, replace the remaining balance.
What if the theatre tickets cost more or less than my Tokens?
- If they cost less: The remaining balance stays on your gift card or e-gift for future use.
- If they cost more: You can pay the difference using another accepted payment method.
- If using an old paper Token: Any remaining value will be issued as a gift card.
What do I do if I want to swap my One4all vouchers for Theatre Tokens?
To exchange your One4all card for Theatre Tokens, simply follow the instructions below:
- Use your own name and address as the billing address of the card.
- In payment options at the checkout, select ‘Mastercard/Visa'.
- Use the ‘Valid Thru’ date on the front of the card in the Expiry Date box.
- Find the CVV2 number behind the silver panel on the back of the card.
Can I have a refund on my Theatre Tokens?
Refund requests must be made by the original purchaser to the retailer from whom the Tokens were bought.
If purchased directly from us:
- You can request a refund within 14 days of placing your order.
- The Tokens must not have been redeemed.
- Requests must be made in writing via email.
